§ Approach
Small on purpose.
The traditional model scales headcount and calls it rigour. We scale tooling and keep the team to the two parties that matter.
- 01
Your code is the deliverable
If it only works while you are our customer, it is a subscription wearing a project costume. Everything we build runs without us.
- 02
Architecture is craft
Boring, well-tested, well-named things. We take pride in the parts nobody sees, because those are the parts that decide whether it still works in two years.
- 03
Humans stay accountable
AI writes a lot of the code. A person reads all of it, decides what ships and puts their name on the outcome.
- 04
Plain language
If we cannot explain a decision without jargon, we do not understand it well enough yet. You should always know what is happening and why.
- 05
Small on purpose
No account managers between you and the engineer. Fewer people means fewer handoffs, and handoffs are where projects go to die.
§ Who it is for
Lean teams, and the engineers who want to be ten times more effective.
Businesses modernising their data stack without a platform team to do it. And in-house engineers who want the tooling and habits that let one person ship what used to need a squad.
